I'm a mixed media artist based in Athens, Georgia, where my husband and I are raising our three kids in a delightfully divided football household. He's a Georgia fan. I'm a loyal Mizzou grad. It makes life more fun.

Before settling in Athens, I lived everywhere from Columbia, Missouri, to Charleston, South Carolina, to Anchorage, Alaska. Each place shaped the way I see the world and continues to influence my work through color, texture, and stories.

I came to art a little unexpectedly. What started as a creative outlet eventually became something I couldn't ignore. It became a place to process, to play, and to create beauty in the midst of a busy life.

I believe art should bring something to a space. It should add personality, start conversations, and make a room feel more like the people who live there. Whether it's a bold focal point or a piece tucked into a quiet corner that makes you smile every time you walk by, it should feel personal.
